We notice from researching prior issues with other companies that damage during shipping is a primary concern of many customers, and seems to be the number one complaint. We take the utmost precaution to ensure that your jars arrive undamaged during shipping so you get exactly what you have paid for, and are expecting to receive, even if that means incurring additional costs for packaging materials on our end.
We are going to operate on an honor system concerning damaged jars. If you open a box received from us, and find a jar to be damaged as a result of mishandling during shipping, we will replace that jar (or jars) at NO cost to you. No shipping cost, no need to send the damaged product back. We simply ask that you take a digital photo and email it to us of the damaged jar(s) still in the shipping container as verification of your claim.
Again, we want to offer the best possible product, at the best possible price, but we also need your participation in order for this to work. We hope that our understanding in this matter isn't seen as a weakness and to be taken advantage of, but rather as an incentive to do business with a company that is concerned with our customers being happy enough to do business with us every time they have mycological needs.
As far as shipping times, all orders will be processed within 2 Business Days. Standard Mail is approximately 5 Business Day Delivery (plus the 2 days processing) and USPS Priority Mail is approximately 2-3 Business Day Delivery (plus the 2 days processing). If we experience any delays in filling an order beyond what was expressed, we will certainly contact you. Business days apply Monday through Friday, and exclude major National Holidays in which the Post Office is closed. All Sppore Syringe orders are shhipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
**Note - We do not condone the use of our product for any illegal purposes and will not reply to any mention of cultivating Psilocybe Cubensis, or other psychoactive mushroom species using our jars. Our JARS do NOT contain any spores of any kind. If you have legal cultivation questions, please feel free to email us!
