This is a set of 6 pre-sterilized pint Grain Substrate jars, great for bulk grows and the ability to exponentially increase your spawn.
We take the utmost care in preparation of the grain and jars to ensure proper moisture and nutrient content, as well as our 100% guarantee to be contaminant free upon arrival.
We use 100% organic Rye berries that are first rinsed clean of dirt and foreign particles, then soaked for a minimum 24 hours in a water/half strength coffee mixture, as well as gypsum.
They are then boiled for 10 minutes, and tossed to allow excess moisture to escape so you are left with light and fluffy grains when it's time to innoculate. They are then pressure cooked for 120 minutes to ensure complete sterilization. When complete, we individually inspect every jar to make sure you receive a consistent product every time.
As with all of our Pre-Sterilized Substrates, they will arrive to you vacuum sealed, and as fresh as the moment they were sterilized. The jar lids will have a 3/32" innoculation hole drilled for easy syringe innoculations, as well as 3 1/8th inch holes for gas exchange.
